the true face behind one’s image
Are we the way we are so others will accept us?
Are we different when we are alone?
What motivates people to be the way we are?
With being older I have begun to realize that sometimes people have many different face’s of the true image of ones self. A couple of years ago, I began to ask myself many questions of why we are the person we present ourselves to be. What is the outcome of being the way we are? Do some represent themselves one way but are really not that person at all?
I find that there are those that will always take people at face value, some won’t. Some people expect you to earn their trust, while others will keep a certain distant with a friendship, regardless. Others will watch and observe.
Do we let our circumstances control our actions and reactions?
Do we act the way that we do because of our insecurities and fear of being judged?
Do you ever just sit and watch people? It is interesting to see how people interact so differently. Some are boisterous, loud, controllers, jokers, observers, givers, doers and then you have the reserved quite ones. You wonder what each one’s thoughts are. Which ones are more in tune of their surroundings and what is going on around them?
Life is definitely an interesting journey and we learn as we go..
Today and everyday go out and be the best that you can be.
